JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - The Missouri Department of Transportation urges motorists to exercise increased caution as spring gives way to summer.
MoDOT crews have started road striping operations throughout the state. For now, MoDOT is focused on two-lane roads. The department will begin working on freeways and larger roads in June.
MoDOT encourages drivers to slow down as soon as they see the flashing lights and bright signs attached to striping crew vehicles.
